Minnesota from the Canadian border to the Iowa line on a single page: Saint Paul, Minneapolis and the other large cities, 87 counties, Lake Superior and the Mississippi headwaters region.
What prints
The printed sheet shows Minnesota's full outline, including the Northwest Angle — the small piece of land north of the 49th parallel, reachable by road only through Canada, that makes Minnesota the northernmost state in the contiguous US. The Arrowhead region in the northeast, wedged between Lake Superior and the Ontario border, prints with the Superior shoreline running southwest to Duluth. Inside the outline are the 87 county borders. Saint Paul is marked as the capital; Minneapolis sits immediately west of it across the Mississippi, and on paper the two capital and city markers nearly touch. The Major cities layer also places Rochester in the southeast, Duluth at the head of the lake, and Bloomington just south of the Twin Cities.

Print portrait. Minnesota measures about 400 miles north to south and about 350 miles at its widest, along the northern border, but the southern half is far narrower than the north, so the overall shape is taller than it is wide. The Twin Cities counties — Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington — are among the smallest by area and cluster tightly; if you need them legible, zoom the map to the metro before printing and accept a second sheet. Saint Louis County in the northeast, by contrast, is larger than several eastern states and prints comfortably at any scale.

- State name and the abbreviation MN.
- Saint Paul with the capital star, on the east bank of the Mississippi.
- Minneapolis, Rochester, Duluth and Bloomington as labeled city dots.
- All 87 county borders, from Kittson in the northwest corner to Houston in the southeast corner.
- The Red River border with North Dakota, the Mississippi and St. Croix river borders with Wisconsin, the straight Iowa line at 43.5°N, and the Lake Superior shore.
Rivers themselves are not drawn on the plain print. If a lesson depends on the Mississippi — which rises at Lake Itasca in Clearwater County and flows through the Twin Cities before becoming the Wisconsin border — switch on the Streets layer and print that, or hand-draw the river using the Mississippi River map. The blank Minnesota map strips every label, and the county map supplies the county names.
